The Independent Profit Center Experience

Introduction
I’m sure you’ve already read many of the articles either praising or pounding on the Independent Profit Center Program. This article is a little different in that I’m just going to walk you through my experience with it, from the beginning until the present. I’ve tried to make the read interesting and entertaining; sorry if my little joke inserts are lame…I tried, ok?

A Lotta Bit About Me
Let me start off by introducing myself. My name is Andrew Zeng. I am currently an undergraduate student at Santa Clara University (SCU). I am majoring in biomedical engineering, in hopes of not failing the MCATS and getting into med school. Your prayers would be greatly appreciated. On top of my coursework, I am also a competing NCAA athlete and an honors student. I enjoy eating. The point is that I am a kid who doesn’t have a whole lot of time to spare but needs money to pay for tuition, housing, and most importantly – FOOD! Back at home (in Bellevue, WA – about a 15 minute drive from Seattle, WA) I was a commission salesman for a walking shoe store. Standing around all day until my feet hurt was definitely not fun. Besides, it was a minimum wage job, and commission was only 2-3% depending on how much I sold each day. I needed something that could pay a lot more (so I can actually afford to go to a private university – tuition and housing these days are RIDICULOUS) and preferably didn’t involve a whole lot of standing around. Yes, I am lazy. Yes, I am okay with that. And yes, I would like a job that involves sitting (just not for too long because that makes my butt sore).

Discovering IPC
So I did a little research and eventually settled on using the internet to make me money. Little did I know that the internet is chalk full of scams and con artists (remember I’m an engineering major, not marketing, so give me a break). After reading tons and tons of articles, I decided to learn a little more about the Independent Profit Center. Of course, I was skeptical…so skeptical that I let the idea slide a few times. After a few days though, the idea of making $2000 a week (appealing to my greed) with a business that was 98% automated (appealing to my laziness) ate into my soul and had me sold. So I clicked the “Show Me More” button. I was nervous – scared that I might just receive a relentless stream of spam e-mails. I hate spam (both kinds). I am far too lazy to press the delete button that many times. But I wanted to learn more. I needed money to pay for summer session at SCU.

Paid In Full – But Still Skeptical
After I got a few more automated e-mails and a couple of personal ones from my sponsor, I decided that I’d give it a try. My sponsor was very helpful in answering all of my questions (and I did ask a lot of questions), so that helped assure me a little. Plus, I had about $300 left in my bank account from my previous job, I figured I might as well spend it on something useful instead of on por…er…useless stuff… Anyways, so I paid the $249, feeling still a little skeptical. As soon as I paid, I was let into the IPC Backoffice. “Ok, so good so far.” Then I watched the video. Dan Miller sounds like a really nice guy. That video basically just told me to go through the “Setting Up” section and then the “Promoting IPC” section. And so began my journey through the depths of internet marketing.

Setting Up
The first thing I noticed when I started going through the instructions were how straight-forward and beginner-oriented it was (a good thing, because I can be a little slow sometimes and I am definitely a beginner). In fact, the instructions were given in such detail that even I found myself thinking, “Ok, get to the next step already Dan; we’re beginners not mentally retarded.” But really those were just the videos, and I was, once again, just too lazy to read the step-by-step, crystal clear instructions listed directly below the videos. So after a couple hours of going through the “Setting Up” portion, I was thinking, “Wow, this might actually work.” It was that easy. So then I moved on to “Promoting IPC.” I watched the video on the intro page and then quickly browsed all the steps. Then I went to bed. I was tired and my butt had fallen asleep.

Promoting IPC
The next morning (aka. 1PM), I started going through the “Promoting IPC” page. Slowly, but steadily I read everything from start to finish and decided to stick with only free advertising. Not that I had a choice, because I had already paid for a web domain and was broke. I literally had less than $4 in my bank account. Woe is me. I decided to start with writing ads for online classifieds like Backpage, Craigslist, Freeadscity, etc. The program said to write 20 for each day of the week. Haha, no. Remember, I’m lazy. So I wrote five for each day of the week and called it good. I posted my Saturday ads (because it was a Saturday) and then moved on to crosslinking. Crosslinking is tough but apparently also an extremely good traffic-driver. Because I’m lazy, I wrote just one article and one video and posted them to my blog (http://makebankonlineipc.blogspot.com). I proceeded by posting a few banners on my personal MySpace page.

Sh**ing Myself (Almost)
After that, I just kept posting my ads every day to a small list of online classifieds (this article you’re reading now is only my second article since starting my IPC business). A week goes by – nothing. A few more days go by – I am getting antsy, thinking, I might actually have to put some more work into this. And then, on the third day he will be raised…wait, sorry…brain fart…on the third day of my second week, I got an e-mail from admin@ipcprogram.com that read:

“Hi Andrew: The person listed below just signed up for the IPC Program directly from your website.
Name: blahblah
Email: blahblahblahblah@blah.com
This person has just created their account, and should be making their payment to you shortly. You should take a moment to contact this person, and welcome them to the IPC Program.
Keep up the GREAT work!
Sincerely, Dan Miller
The IPC Program

…I almost sh** myself. Keyword here is “almost.” I do not need diapers. So I waited a little longer to check the backoffice “Your Stats” page, and sure enough, blahblah had joined the IPC Program through my website. That night when I checked my bank account, $200 was deposited into my account from blahblah. He paid by Paypal.

Motivated
So that got me motivated. I kept posting my ads and trying to get my article, video, and blog out to the world. Every day, I spent about an hour just posting ads, writing new ones, and thinking about writing another article. A few days after my first sale, I got another e-mail, a slightly shorter version of the first. Awhile later, another $200 straight into my bank account. At this point, I had trained my sphincter to hold in my…excitement. By the end of my third week, I had already made 8 sales…which is…drum roll (as I plug that into my calculator really quick)…$1600. I made $1600 in just 3 weeks off the IPC Program. Do you know how much I would have made after 3 weeks of work with my shoe salesman job? $600. That’s a pretty hefty difference, wouldn’t you agree?

Stoked!
I am now on my fourth week, and this week alone, I made $800 in sales. A college kid as lazy as myself is making $600 a week on average! And I’m only expecting my profit to go up as time goes on and I start writing more articles, like this one. Plus, I haven’t really even started playing around with the $4000+ worth of software and e-books that came with the program. At this rate, I might even consider dropping out of college and just doing this for a living. Well, maybe not, because I actually do want to be a doctor. Get this, say my average income per week from the IPC Program is $1000, and I stay with the program for the next three years (I’m a rising sophomore right now), that’s $1000 x 4wks x 12mths x 3yrs = $144,000. Umm, ok, I literally just did that calculation as I was writing this. My sphincter almost failed me and my desk chair. That’s more than my parents make!

Conclusion
So, to put it all together in the end…the Independent Profit Center works. I’m about as lazy as they come – just ask any of my friends, but with this program, I’m (potentially) earning a six figure income, and I haven’t even gotten my top wisdom teeth pulled yet. I’m telling you, as honestly as anyone can, give the Independent Profit Center a shot. As long as you follow the almost-too-straightforward instructions, word for word (or in my case, not even word for word…more like every other word for every other word), you have a very good chance of succeeding.

THE END.

P.S: Wow, I can’t believe I just typed up that monstrosity of an article.
