Well the answer is more simple than you would ever imagine. They are not exceedingly lucky, and they will not have answered an ad or email offer promising them millions of dollars before breakfast if they would only send someone their money right away (the typical get rich quick promise).

What most of them have in common is a simple grasp of the basics of business and the will and belief to stick at what they are doing. And that is not difficult, believe me.
